"Abstemius is the original spelling of the 17th century Latin phrase abstemious which is to refrain from demonstrably unhealthy or indulgent behaviors and to practice self discipline and moderation. This is applicable for choices we make as people and also in the thoughts and anxieties that can sometimes haunt or mess with those who have artistic interests. To me it represents the changes I have made to become a better and happier person and to put away the negative thoughts and actions etc.
