CHAIN

Remove before swimming, showering or sleeping for longer wear.

Most of our charms and chains are either silver, gunmetal or brass-plate over brass, copper or stainless steel base. Some are also Tibetan Silver, which is a zinc alloy and some are stainless steel. Unlike 14K Gold and Sterling Silver (which are 10-20 times more expensive), these alloys and plates can wear off if you are wearing them every day or not taking them off before showering and sleeping. All plated metals wear, but they wear differently on different people due to acid in the skin, lifestyle, etc. They don't tarnish at all on most people, but on some other people they do. On each of the non-string bracelet and necklace products we post a warning to take it off before swimming, showering, sleeping etc.

If you have problems with other fashion jewlery tarnishing you can use a thin coat of clear nail polish on your jewelry to protect it from contact with the skin.

1.) Within 3 months of purchase we offer a free replacement string should your string break from normal wear. Please let us know the name of the bracelet or the string color through our https://never-take-it-off.myshopify.com/pages/help-desk-form contact form here.

2.) After 3 months of purchase we offer a free string with purchase of any other NTIO product. Leave a note at checkout with your order telling us which color string you would like.

3.) Replacement Bracelet: Take advantage of our lifetime bracelet replacement option for $6.95. Visit the "Strings & Things" section of the website and select the "Replace My Bracelet" product. Make sure to leave a note at checkout with the name of the original piece and the email address or order number associated with the original order. This option will not be honored without prior of purchase.
