Shipping has greatly exceeded the normal time

We ship hundreds of bracelets each week but every now and then the post office simply loses one. We will send your order out again, but please note we can only send one replacement order.  If there is anything to add to your address now is the time.

Sorry for this inconvenience and please let us know if and when the other one arrives.  We have not received it back yet so chances are it will come to you at some point.

We re-ship orders lost by the post office every Friday.
