Not receiving updates for shipping or tracking
You can always track your order with the tracking number supplied to you in your confirmation email. As the order gets closer, Shop App (the Shopify app) and USPS sometimes mark orders as delivered prematurely, once they enter your region. This means it's very close and will arrive in a couple of days. Don't be concerned if it says "delivered" when it has not been. This has been happening very often. We have researched this and suspect that some postal delivery people scan their packages as delivered from the post office a day or 2 in advance of delivery.
